Job Title: Technology Engagement and Transition Support Lead

• 6 month contract + potential to extend
• Location: Liverpool/Luddenham + WFH
• Rate: $1000-$1100 per day + super
• Support transition of services and readiness activities

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Technology Engagement and Transition Support Lead to play a key supporting role in the transition of services for this organisation. This role will also contribute to ongoing airport readiness activities.

Acting as a liaison between technical teams and end users, the successful candidate will ensure stakeholders are well-informed, supported, and confident throughout technology transitions and change initiatives. The role is critical in facilitating a smooth and effective transition to new systems, services, and operational environments.

Key Responsibilites:

• Support the planning and delivery of Airport Readiness activities by coordinating technology-related engagement and readiness efforts.
• Logging, tracking and support the resolution of issues or items raised or identified during the Airport Readiness activities.
• Serve as a conduit between technology teams and business stakeholders to identify and address transition-related pain points.
• Ensure clear, timely, and user-friendly communication of system changes to end users.
• Identify, document, and escalate risks or issues related to stakeholder readiness and technology adoption.
• Provide support during go-live and post-transition phases to maintain continuity and build user confidence.

Key Skills:

• Airport Experience preferred; Aviation Experience ideal
• Project Management and demonstrated experience in solutioning issues or problems
• Demonstrated experience supporting technology-driven change initiatives or system implementations.
• Background in service desk operations, including incident management and end-user support.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ORAT principles and operational readiness frameworks.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, service desk operations, or technology support roles.
• Experience supporting large-scale projects or transitions involving new systems or services is highly desirable.
