About the Role

As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering inbound calls, responding to enquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery. This is an office-based role with full training provided.

You’ll assist customers with their pest control needs, update records, process service requests, and ensure every interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
