What you will be doing?
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a major residential tower. You'll take ownership of all phases including contract management, programming, consultant coordination, site delivery and client liaison. You’ll be backed by a Senior PM and Construction Manager to help drive program, quality and budget outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience delivering multi-res or commercial new builds over $30M+
• Proven ability to manage construction programs, consultants, and site teams
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous high-rise apartment or Class 2 residential experience is ideal
