Job Title: Middleware Support Engineer
Location: Ballarat (1st preference), Canberra or Melbourne
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 including super

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Oracle Fusion Middleware (WebCenter, IAM, OSB, ADF, BAM)
• Monitor system health, manage deployments, backup/recovery, and system performance
• Support middleware patching, configuration, and troubleshooting (prod & non-prod)
• Maintain operational documentation (SUDs, SOPs)
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
• Ensure security compliance and support cloud migration readiness
• Participate in on-call support and after-hours deployment as required

Requirements:

• ~2 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware
• Experience with Linux/Windows environments
• Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Java)
• Familiar with ITIL/ITSM frameworks (ITIL v4 certified preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
• Australian Citizenship with active security clearance is mandatory
