JV Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and experienced excavator operator/skilled labourer for a high-end residential build in the exclusive suburb of Darling Point. This is a hybrid role, with duties split between machine operation and skilled labouring on-site.

Your Role Will Include:

• Operating excavator 2–3 days per week
• Excavation for garage footings and structural works
• Light landscaping excavation tasks (e.g. shaping, trenching, backfilling)
• General skilled labouring on non-operating days
• Assisting trades and site supervisor
• Manual handling, materials movement, and site clean-up
• Following site safety protocols and instructions

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating smaller compact excavators on residential sites
• Valid Excavator VOC or Statement of Attainment
• White Card – Mandatory
• Confidence working on high-end residential and tight-access sites
• Full PPE
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication
