About the role

Link-Force Au' is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team on a contract basis in Aubury , NSW. As an Excavator Operator, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects, operating heavy machinery with skill and precision. What you'll be doing

Safely and efficiently operate excavation equipment, including hydraulic excavators, to complete a range of construction tasks

Doing tight tench work in 13 13-ton zero swing Excavator

6 weeks work staying in Aubury , accommodation provided and flights

Interpret site plans and work instructions to execute excavation work according to project requirements

Perform pre-operational checks and maintain excavation equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety

Collaborate with the site team to coordinate excavation activities and meet project milestones

Identify and report any issues or hazards to ensure a safe work environment

Comply with all relevant safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as an Excavator Operator in the construction industry

Proficient in the operation of various excavation equipment, including hydraulic excavators

Excellent spatial awareness and the ability to manoeuvre equipment with precision

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

Commitment to workplace safety and a proven track record of following safety protocols

Relevant construction industry certifications, such as a High-Risk Work License (Excavator)
