We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to build $20m to look after construction stormwater, earthworks, access road, utilities and finishing landscape.

It is envisaged that the renumeration would be in the vicinity of $150 - $170k + Super + Vehicle in addition to a LAFHA allowance accommodation + Uplift for time away.

You will bring 5 years of well rounded civil construction experience in bulk and detailed earthworks, road construction, drainage, curb & gutter, Landscape, Concrete works.

It is envisaged that you will start out under the Project Manager (PM) as a Senior Project Engineer and the role is intended to progress into the PM role as soon practically possible after you have found your feet. You will be given support from the PM and owners of the company.

Your duties and experience will include:

• Manage the Construction process and methodologies to
• Coordinate through the Forman and Supervisors project resources of labor & plant
• Ensure the program of work is carries out to the specifications and drawings in the contract
• Be contractually savvy is managed for variations, progress claims and contractual additional works and ground conditions
• Be able to manage the client through meetings, correspnance and reporting
• Ensure that the company and contractual OH&S, Enviromental issues are complied with
• Ensure that you oversee and manage your project staff and workforce
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure that the QA system is maintained and carried out by the project staff under you
