We are seeking a full-time Category Assistant to join our technology team. As the first contact point for our supplier and member partners, you will provide outstanding administration and customer service to all stakeholders.

This role is based on-site in our central Chatswood office. You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and communications support for our Technology Category Team.

The role is not just a pivotal touchpoint and connection within our key supplier and retailer network but also represents a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to develop valuable skills and fast track a career in retail buying and category management

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting the Head of Category with supplier relationship management, data management, communication, conference support, and marketing campaign planning.
2. Developing professional working relationships with team members, vendors & retail members.
3. Providing prompt, professional responses to vendor and member queries.
4. Acting as the primary contact for vendor service programs.
5. Liaising with all key stakeholders and executing daily administration tasks – ensuring data is up to date on various platforms.
6. Scheduling, coordinating, and minute-taking of meetings/appointments as required.
7. Handling all other ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
