About the role:

We are seeking a Procurement Sourcing Specialist to provide end-to-end procurement support for high-impact projects. In this role you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct detailed spend analysis and supplier evaluations.
• Manage sourcing projects using advanced procurement platforms.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract drafting.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing processes and deliverables.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement or sourcing.
• 1-2 years' experience in contracting and negotiations.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Excel.
• Experience in industrial spend categories (goods and services) is advantageous.
