We’re looking for a hands-on Safety Advisor to support a major warehouse upgrade project over the next three months. This is a great opportunity to take the reins on-site safety, working across construction, fit-out and operational tasks—all within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive safety on the ground: Lead daily site safety for approx. 60 temp workers across tasks like shelving assembly, forklift operation and guard rail installs.
• Keep compliance tight: Monitor SWMS, PPE use, inductions and zoning across multiple moving parts.
• Own risk management: Identify hazards, conduct inspections and action improvements quickly.
• Be a trusted advisor: Partner with site leads and operations to ensure safe, smooth progress.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years' experience in warehouse or construction safety roles.
• Confident communicator—able to guide teams and keep people accountable.
• Relevant safety quals (Cert IV in WHS or similar) strongly preferred.
• Proactive, punctual and calm under pressure.
