About the Role
This role leads a team supporting a critical CRM platform within a major transformation program. You'll ensure the efficient delivery of platform support, collaborate with product owners and technical teams, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers delivering support for an enterprise CRM
- Develop and implement efficient support processes and documentation
- Manage platform incidents and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Negotiate release scope and manage risk and dependencies with business users
- Facilitate workshops with product owners to define scope and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate testing activities, stakeholder signoffs and CAB representation
Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership of ICT support teams (3+ years)
- Experience managing and supporting complex CRM/business systems
- Strong ability to document, implement, and improve technical processes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Gitlab (highly regarded)
Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
