The Company:

Our client, a fast-growing global organisation, is seeking a confident Payroll Officer to manage a small payroll (up to 200 staff) on a contract until the end of the year. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a supportive finance team in a hybrid working environment based in the Sydney CBD.

The Role:

• Manage fortnightly and monthly payroll for Australian employees
• Ensure compliance with relevant awards and legislation
• Process new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
• Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain and update employee records
• Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations
• Work with the wider finance team and HR where needed

Your Profile:

• Proven experience running end-to-end payroll using ADP
• Confident processing both monthly and fortnightly payroll cycles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
