Over the years, they have been helping many home owners, builders, architects, building designers and other clients obtain building approval for their building projects. The company has been around for 10 years and currently operates in NSW and QLD

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and enthusiastic building certifier/inspector to join the team. If you are close to registration or are a cadet who has studied or completed a building surveying degree please also apply. This role is solely focused on inspections (on the road most of the time), looking after our project and custom home builders. To be successful in this position, you should be committed to providing a high level of quality service to our clients, be proactive in your approach, and have the ability to develop positive working relationships with our staff and client base.

ABOUT YOU

• Be licenced in QLD as a Building Certifier (A3/A4 preferred but will also take on a cadet)
• Have demonstrated proficiency and experience in residential building approvals
• Excellent attention to detail
• 1-2 years experience as a certifier/inspector
• Commercial experience advantageous
• QLD drivers licence
