In this role, you will build upon your studies. You will have a training plan developed specifically for you, giving you the opportunity to obtain practical experience as a professional building surveyor, including provision of specialised building consultancy and certification services to clients and the wider community.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be experienced in effectively prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines and continuously improving
• Have experience or understanding in undertaking research, analysis and presentation of information
• Have a current Class C driver’s licence
• This role is suitable for those who are currently studying or aim to study a Building Surveying Course (Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree / Postgraduate) or in a field relevant to the building surveying profession
• Work alongside experienced Building Surveyors, with the aim to obtain the skills, knowledge and experience to gain accreditation as a “Building Certifier” with AIBS or RICS.
