About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Level 2 Building Certifier to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations across a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and certify building applications in accordance with QLD legislation and NCC.

Conduct site inspections and issue relevant certificates.

Liaise with clients, builders, and local authorities.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Provide expert advice on building compliance and regulations.

Requirements

QBCC accreditation as a Level 2 Building Certifier.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of the Building Act, Building Code of Australia, and local planning schemes.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Current driver’s licence.
