Our Branch Manager has over 25 Years of Industry experience in which to guide and teach you.

After doubling the size of our QLD business over the past three years, IBA requires an enthusiastic Employee to join our growing team in a long term capacity to help with the demand for both the Service and supply of both Forklift Batteries and Battery Chargers from our Coopers Plains, QLD Branch premises.

No specific trade skills are necessary and all training will be provided by our expert Team, with implemented procedures already in place for every required aspect associated with the role.

The job will mainly involve the Servicing, Pick up and Delivery of Batteries for our Customers and Clients through supplied Service Vehicles, this is an interesting role that is important to the overall Operational capacity of the Brisbane Branch.

We are after a trustworthy and reliable individual who has drive and ambition, cares about their role, has common sense who also thrives on their attention to detail, and has a positive can do attitude.

Experience with manual labour would be preferred but is not necessary.

All required training will be provided to the successful applicant.

The applicant must have and adhere to the following points:

1. A current and valid manual driver's license. (Truck and forklift license are an advantage).
2. Positive "can do" attitude.
3. Be able to follow instructions.
4. Be punctual, reliable, caring and trustworthy.
5. Good verbal and written communication.
7. Be a well-presented team player.

Job specifics are in part as shown in the attached video, this may also include the stripping of existing Battery packs with suitable crane equipment, remediating and painting steel battery trays, fitting 2 volt Battery cells to Battery Trays, fitment of accessories, delivering of fully built product and other unspecified works in the Warehouse. The work is interesting and fulfilling and facilitated in a Safe operating environment.
