We are seeking a member to join our team on a part time/casual basis in the role of developing and promoting our specialist medical practice. We serve the medical community in metropolitan and regional South-Eastern Victoria.

We are looking for a member to join the team in a role that will expand our practice and streamline our communication with our main business collaborators (GP clinics, emergency departments and private hospitals)

Key duties

· Form, maintain and promote relationships with administration/practice managers and act as a key liaison between them and our specialists

· Schedule regular meetings between our specialists and key practices and provide two-way feedback on new connections formed

· Maintain electronic database of key contacts and a timeline of communications between specialists and relevant healthcare organisations

· Maintain our presence on professional social media platforms and distribute educational content to GP practices and hospitals

· Represent our team at all educational events

· Provide regular updates on marketing/promotional projects and be available to meet with the specialists on weekly basis

Essential skills

· Energetic, personable and able to demonstrate innovation and initiative

· Friendly, approachable and responsive communication style

· High computer literacy and familiarity with all social media platforms

· Attention to detail in creating and distributing marketing material (online and paper based)

· Ability to communicate regularly and reliably via email, on the phone and in person

Desirable skills

· Experience in medical industry. Preferred candidates will have experience in the needs and daily function of small boutique medical practices

· Knowledge of local practices and health care practitioners in South-East Melbourne

· Able to work with a flexible timetable and scope for increased working hours as the role expands

Employment terms

· Medical industry experiences essential

· Marketing qualifications preferred

· Casual/part time basis at $45-55/hour depending on level of experience

· Expected hours: 10-15 hours per week with flexibility and scope to increase hours
