Tasks & responsibilities

Order Fulfilment & Dispatch

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare daily online and in-store orders in line with COSETTE’s signature luxury packaging standards.

Ensure all deliveries are processed efficiently and dispatched on time, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Outbound Shipping & Compliance

Coordinate and monitor international shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery across global markets.

Liaise with couriers and customs agencies to manage documentation, resolve delays, and track all outbound international orders.

Inbound Logistics & Inventory Control

Receive and inspect incoming stock deliveries, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and reporting discrepancies promptly.

Conduct regular and cyclical stocktakes, maintain precise inventory records, and support replenishment planning.

Warehouse Organisation & Space Utilisation

Maintain a well-organised and aesthetically consistent stockroom environment that supports efficient product access and space optimization.

Implement inventory layout improvements and storage strategies to maximize capacity and flow.

Operational Excellence

Adhere to all safety and handling protocols, ensuring compliance with luxury product care standards.

Support ad hoc logistics and administrative duties to ensure seamless retail and e-commerce operations.
