Who we're looking for
We’re looking for passionate, ambitious individuals who want to contribute to big things. Years of experience are just a number. Contribution and dedication are what matter.

Must-haves:

• Track record in software development (2-3+ years)
• Strong skills in Python and no.js
• Open-minded and curious
• Analytical and pragmatic
• Egoless and collaborative

Nice-to-Haves:

• Solid experience with SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
• Ability to deliver across the stack independently and lead QA coverage conversations.
• Experience with Bitbucket workflows and test-first development.

What you'll be doing

• Build scalable Python/Flask services with structured database design.
• Create modern, responsive UIs in React and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Integrate and test REST APIs (using Postman or similar).
• Configure local-to-cloud environments (ngrok) and deploy to AWS/DigitalOcean.
• Write automated tests, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and champion QA practices.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and guide junior devs.
• Work closely with product, QA, and design to bring features to life.
