About the role

HopePoint Christian School is seeking an enthusiastic Temporary Classroom Teacher (One Term Block) to join our dedicated teaching team. Starting at the beginning of Term 3 (July 28th) and concluding at the end of Term 3 (26th of September). There is the possibility of the role continuing longer or becoming permanent for the right candidate.

This full-time role is based in Georges Hall, NSW, and is a great opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our students.

What you'll be doing

Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students

Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that fosters student growth and development

Assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with the teaching team and school leadership to support the overall educational objectives of the school

Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching practice

Uphold the school's values and contribute to the overall success of the HopePoint Christian School community

What we're looking for

A recognised teaching qualification and current registration to teach in New South Wales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

A passion for education, a commitment to student success, and a desire to contribute to the growth and development of the school

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and its students

A committed protestant Christian, active in a Church community.
