What You’ll Be Doing:

Becoming a go-to expert in our products (they’ll teach you everything you need to know!).

Helping customers via phone, email, and live chat, resolving questions and making their day.

Creating a positive experience in every interaction, your energy and care will be felt.

Flagging more complex issues to the right teams (you’re never on your own).

Joining regular training and upskilling sessions to keep you sharp and progressing.

Who You Are:

A people person, warm, clear and confident in how you communicate.

A reliable teammate, someone who shows up, supports others and adds to a great team vibe.

Motivated to deliver great service, experience in retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential.

Call centre experience is ideal, but not required, if you've got the right attitude, we want to hear from you!

Comfortable with basic tech, navigating systems, logging details, and multitasking across tools.

Punctual, dependable, and ready to build something meaningful.

(Bonus points if you’ve worked with tech retailers like JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys, or Harvey Norman, but again, not a deal-breaker!)
