About Us
We’re a leading florist located in Ormeau, known for our fresh, creative floral arrangements and exceptional customer service. While our primary focus is our retail store, we also have the opportunity to create stunning florals for events across the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced florist to join our retail team for 20-25 hours per week, with the potential for more hours. Your main focus will be crafting beautiful floral arrangements for our shop customers, assisting with daily retail operations, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. From time to time, you may also lend your skills to our event installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create modern floral arrangements for retail customers.

Provide exceptional service and advice to walk-in customers and phone enquiries.

Maintain the presentation and organisation of the retail shop.

Prepare flower orders and manage stock rotation for freshness and quality.

Occasionally assist with floral designs and installations for events as required.

About You:

Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a florist in a retail setting.

A strong portfolio showcasing modern and innovative floral work.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

High attention to detail and a passion for beautiful floristry.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to occasionally assist with event work outside normal retail hours.
