Here’s What You’ll Be Doing (and Learning)

We’ll train you from the ground up to build confidence in:

Accounts Payable – processing supplier invoices, verifying details, and helping schedule payments

Accounts Receivable – creating and following up customer invoices, managing reconciliations

Payroll Support – collecting timesheets, prepping super and leave entries

Bank Reconciliation & Admin – managing day-to-day data entry and matching transactions

Junior Accounting – working with journals, assisting with monthly reporting, and learning how to use Xero properly

Every task connects to something meaningful. You’ll see how your work makes a difference.

What You’ll Need

You don’t have to be perfect. You just need:

Some study in accounting, business, or payroll (TAFE or uni — both welcome)

An interest in how money flows through a business

Attention to detail, common sense, and a calm approach to deadlines

A willingness to speak up, take ownership, and ask questions

Some Excel basics — if you’ve touched Xero or MYOB, even better
