We’re looking for a skilled and personable Property Lawyer with at least 5 years' experience in leasing and conveyancing to join our friendly, client-focused team.

About the Role:

As a Property Lawyer, you'll manage a variety of leasing and conveyancing matters, supporting a broad client base with high-quality legal services. You’ll have the autonomy to structure your workweek in a way that suits your lifestyle, with flexible hours and days and the option to work from our Summer Hill office or from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle residential and commercial conveyancing from start to finish

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and retail leases

Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients

Liaise professionally with clients, agents, and stakeholders

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation

About You:

Minimum 5 years' experience in property law, specifically leasing and conveyancing

Admitted to practice in NSW and hold a current practising certificate

Friendly, approachable, and professional communication style

Highly organised, with the ability to work independently

Comfortable using legal practice management software
