Role Highlights: Our client is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to support a busy internal team with phone-based enquiries, coordination support, and general administrative tasks. The role involves communicating with customers via phone and email, updating internal systems, and working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls and emails
• Provide updates, support, and resolutions to customer enquiries
• Liaise with internal teams such as warehouse, dispatch, and sales
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate records
• Support the broader team with general administrative duties

Candidate Profile:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have experience in a high-volume customer service environment and demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or call centre role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Confidence using systems and managing multiple tasks
• A proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach
• Must be a Permanent Resident/Australian Citizen
