Normandy Wine & Grill is 2 years young. A refined French dining experience with a heavy focus on the grill, blending classic European elegance with warm hospitality. With a carefully curated wine list and a focus on seasonal, Modern French-inspired cuisine, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service in a sophisticated setting. We’re looking for a professional and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and uphold our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day front-of-house operations

Lead, train, and motivate a team of waitstaff and supervisors

Deliver an exceptional guest experience with attention to detail and French dining standards

Manage reservations and ensure efficient table turnover

Create staff rosters and ensure appropriate coverage for service

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism

Liaise with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth and timely service

Monitor budgets, sales targets, and cost controls

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

Assist with events, wine dinners, and private bookings

Requirements:

Proven experience in a restaurant or fine dining management role

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Excellent knowledge of French cuisine and wine service is highly regarded

Confident, polished, and guest-focused communication style

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Knowledge of POS systems, reservations platforms, and hospitality software

Availability Tuesdays to Saturdays from 3pm (we are closed Sunday and Monday)
