We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Front of House Supervisor to join our passionate team at Soak in Dampier. This full-time role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads with a calm and positive attitude.

As FOH Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the café floor across breakfast, lunch, and evening service. You’ll be actively involved in customer service, supporting and guiding staff, liaising with the kitchen, and ensuring a great experience for every guest. You will report directly to the Restaurant/Venue Manger.

You'll jump between managing sections, making coffees, running drinks and supporting events – we love team players who can do a bit of everything.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing service and team performance during shifts

Supporting and training front-of-house staff

Coordinating with the kitchen to keep service flowing

Handling customer enquiries, bookings, and feedback

Maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and service standards

Contributing to a positive, supportive team culture
