The Role:

Working as a Host, you will be the very first impression to our valued guests as they arrive to your venue. You will perform the role with the utmost professionalism and making the guest feel welcome and cared for. Our ideal candidate will thrive in busy environments, whilst maintaining a calm demeanor and delivering high quality service. Duties will include greeting guests upon arrival, confirming and making reservations, seating guests, answering incoming calls and queries and cashiering responsibility.

Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

· Prior experience in a premium restaurant and/or hotel environment – highly regarded

· Excellent personal presentation and grooming

· Capacity to work in a high volume and fast paced environment

· Detail oriented, highly organised and able to effectively multitask

· The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

· Strong written and verbal communications skills

· The availability to work a rotating, 7-day roster including weekends

· A valid NSW RSA
