Navaroo is a certified social enterprise delivering high-quality landscaping across Melbourne’s rail, school, public infrastructure & local government projects. We’re looking for a reliable CW3-level Landscape Tradesman to join our growing team.

You’ll be working on large-scale projects with a mix of hard and soft landscape tasks. There’s plenty of room to step up, take responsibility, and grow with us as we expand.

You’ll be doing:

Turfing, planting, mulching, paving, concrete prep

Reading plans and guiding junior crew when needed

Working across rail, education, and civic projects

What you’ll need:

White Card and driver’s licence

1–2 years' commercial landscaping experience

Positive attitude and ready to get stuck in

What you’ll get:

$1,470–$2,053 weekly take-home (this does not include overtime)

Super, RDOs, Incolink, CoINVEST + daily allowances
