Key Responsibilities:

Execute residential/commercial landscaping projects

Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Desire to learn how to supervise and coordinate landscaping projects to ensure timelines are met and quality standards are upheld

Grow your skillset to lead, train, and motivate the landscaping team to enhance performance and collaboration

Keep accrue record of project progress and communications

Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients and management

Comply with state building regulations

Solid project pipeline

Qualifications/ Skills:

Landscaping qualification ie, Certificate in Landscape Construction, Certificate in Horticulture etc

Demonstrated experience with all aspects of landscaping, including but not limited to measurements, paving, concreting, timber works, soft landscape and associated lighting and irrigation knowledges

Excavator/Bobcat license and any other relevant landscape tickets would be advantageous, but this is not mandatory

Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, and materials.

Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and designs.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
