We are seeking a recent graduate to join a growing Quality team as a Quality Control Analyst in a brand-new, purpose-built facility located in Horsley Park. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

About the Job:

• Entry-level, graduate opportunity no prior industry experience required
• Location: Horsley Park
• Casual ongoing role with view to permanent after 6 months (based on performance)
• Shift flexibility required day & afternoon shifts
• Hourly rate: $32 - $39/hr depending on shift
• Immediate start available

What You'll Be Doing:

• Authorising release of finished goods for dispatch
• Conducting quality tests according to internal and customer methods
• Performing routine checks, reference sampling and managing sample storage
• Reporting and assisting in investigation of out-of-specification results
• Calibrating and maintaining lab equipment
• Supporting microbiology sampling of finished products
• Assisting in continuous improvement within the Quality System
• Ensuring compliance with OH&S policies and maintaining a safe workplace

What We're Looking For:

• Recent graduate with a Diploma, Bachelor's or higher in a relevant science or engineering field
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a career in Quality Control
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Flexibility to work across both day and afternoon shifts
• A reliable method of transport
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, each week
