We are seeking strategic and passionate leaders to join this global brand as Head of Safety Excellence Business Partner. Reporting to the General Manager of Safety Excellence, these are two rare opportunities to drive meaningful change across essential industries and shape a culture of proactive safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement and influence behavioural change. As the business continues to evolve, you will design forward-thinking strategies aligned with business priorities and growth opportunities.

We are seeking extensive experience in senior health and safety leadership roles, ideally across diverse, multi-site operations. Additionally, a background in consulting would be advantageous. You will be able to demonstrate your strong track record of executive-level influence and delivering cultural transformation. You will be innovative and solutions focused, bringing best practice in an environment of continuous improvement.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the future of workplace safety across Australia’s most critical services. You will report into a highly regarded General Manager and work with a talented group of HSE professionals. This role will involve occasional national travel and offers flexible working options. The positions are based in the Sydney CBD and Melbourne CBD offices. In addition to a competitive package of circa $200,000-$220,000, there is eligibility for a bonus component.
