About the Role:
As a Junior Developer, you will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to support and build innovative solutions across our Salesforce Loan Management System (LMS), system integrations, and AI-driven automation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic, data-driven environment while contributing to real-world products used by thousands of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining custom Salesforce applications and features

Support system integrations via APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms

Help automate business processes using AI, workflow tools, and low-code platforms

Contribute to scalable solutions that process large datasets

Collaborate with senior developers in sprint planning and code reviews

Analyse technical requirements and contribute ideas to improve performance and automation

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues in production environments

Document solutions and maintain code quality

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Apex, Java, C#, JavaScript)

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SQL, JSON, XML

Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic integration patterns

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude

A genuine interest in fintech, automation, and AI

Preferred (Not Required):

Prior experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom apps)

Exposure to Salesforce LMS or third-party LMS platforms

Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Flow

Experience with Git, Jira, or similar development tools

Interest or coursework in AI/ML, chatbot frameworks, or process automation
