Are you passionate about enhancing the lives of older Australians? Goodwin is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and organised Lifestyle Coordinator to create and deliver engaging programs that promote wellbeing, connection, and joy for our retirement village residents.

In this role, you’ll use your imagination and initiative to design a variety of meaningful and enjoyable activities, including arts and crafts projects, themed events, and social gatherings. Your creativity will help foster a vibrant community where residents feel inspired, connected, and supported in living their best lives.

What you'll do

• Build meaningful relationships with residents
• Plan and lead social, physical, and mental wellbeing activities
• Support events, functions, and resident-led groups
• Manage bookings, payments, and records
• Partner with local organisations for program delivery
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism

What we’re looking for

• Cert IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or willingness to obtain
• First Aid & RSA (or willingness to obtain)
• Light Rigid licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Computer literacy, time management & admin skills
• Strong communication, creativity, and a caring attitude
• Experience working with seniors a must!
