About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing community-based team that provides high-quality care to individuals with a wide range of needs, including psychosocial disabilities, neurological conditions, and neurodivergent profiles such as ASD and ADHD. With a strong and growing client base, we are building a senior support team to ensure every client receives expert, compassionate care that aligns with their values and goals.

What You Bring We're looking for professionals who are:

• Registered with AHPRA (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse) or Speech Pathology Australia
• Experienced in NDIS and/or neurological rehabilitation (highly desirable)
• Committed to values-based, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming practice
• Comfortable with community-based care (home visits, clinics, and telehealth)
• Strong team players who are adaptable, compassionate, and proactive
