We’re currently recruiting for one of Perth’s most transformative urban developments – a $4.5 billion precinct that will reshape the city skyline over the next decade.

This is a rare opportunity to join a major international developer at the very beginning of a landmark 10-year build. The development includes over 40 towers, riverside luxury housing precinct, and a vibrant commercial and retail hub, all set along the Swan River.

A new construction company has been established specifically to deliver this project, with a Tier 1 senior leadership team already in place and piling now underway on the first two towers, we’re actively recruiting for multiple delivery roles across the project lifecycle.

The Requirements:

• BSc Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar industry relevant tertiary qualification.
• 8+ years of experience within Australian on Tier 1 or 2 commercial construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience on high-rise or large $100m+ construction projects in Australia
• Strong understanding on Australian Standard contracts.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong reporting and documentation skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Proven ability to build & maintain working relationships with sub-contractors and key stakeholders
