We are seeking a results-orientated Store Manager for our BP service station in Bowen Hills, QLD

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Store Manager will achieve sales targets by motivating, inspiring and guiding a team to drive sales by enhancing the customer service experience.

Our business has a small commercial kitchen, barista style coffee and retail shop floor.

The successful applicant will be focused on achieving and exceeding store and personal sales targets, primarily through Key Performance Indicators.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Drive sales growth, achieve sales targets and meet other Key Performance Indicators

Inspire and motivate team members and lead by example

Recruit and train new team members

Work closely with HR for any team performance management requirements

Ensure the store complies with all OHS requirements

Facilitate efficient and successful operations of all aspects of the store; including stock control and ordering, managing costs of goods, and completing daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting

Resolve day-to-day inefficiencies and other issues in relation to customer service

Work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve store budgets through planning, efficient rostering, and other cost control methods.

Maintain our strong commitment to food safety standards in line with our food safety plan

The successful applicant will:

Be available to assist on some weekends, particularly during long weekends and school holidays

Be willing to undertake regular 'hands-on' operational work.

Have a proven record of successfully leading a team, delivering results and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining exceptional store standards

Ideally have at least 2-3 years management experience from either Hotel, Club, Retail or Multi- Format Stores

Be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role with a customer service focus

Have strong written and verbal communications skills

Have intermediate computer skills including with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Be willing to undergo computer skills testing if required
