Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

· Store Operations Management: Lead day-to-day store activities including inventory control, merchandising, product display, cleanliness, and order management.

· Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule staff; promote teamwork and monitor performance to ensure high standards of service and productivity.

· Customer Service: Maintain a customer-first culture by ensuring staff deliver courteous and responsive service; promptly address customer inquiries and complaints.

· Sales & Promotions: Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to improve foot traffic and sales performance.

· Financial Management: Oversee cash handling, manage store budgets, monitor sales targets, and prepare performance reports for management.

· Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health regulations, and retail standards; uphold store policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role managing retail operations.

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

· Experience working in multicultural retail environments (preferred).

· Understanding of local community shopping habits and preferences.
