Based in Murarrie and proudly operating for over 10 years, MPS is owned by two passionate marine professionals committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and service across the Superyacht, Commercial, and Defence sectors.

The Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Aluminium Fabricator / Welder to join our energetic and supportive workshop team. The role is primarily workshop/bench-based, focusing on the fabrication and welding of aluminium marine ventilation protection products.

You will also have the opportunity to work on general fabrication and engineering projects as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
Fabrication, welding, and QA of aluminium marine products
Interpreting technical drawings and design packages
Assisting in general fabrication and engineering tasks as required
Ensuring high-quality finishes in line with project specifications

What You’ll Bring:
Trade qualification or relevant hands-on experience
Strong aluminium fabrication and welding skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings confidently
Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent time management and ability to work independently
Previous marine industry experience (highly regarded)
