About the opportunity
Reporting directly to the School Manager, the Senior Project Officer in Curriculum Management will be responsible for the administrative leadership for the review and implementation of the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. Utilising project management approaches, this role maintains high-level curriculum support and information for the purposes of curriculum mapping, constructive alignment, and responding to domestic and international accreditation standards. Additionally, this role holds key responsibility in supporting the School Manager with the annual accreditation reporting.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- lead end-to-end educational project management, including the Schools DVM curriculum review
- coordinate administrative outcomes for the review and implementation of the DVM curriculum
- provide curriculum support and maintenance to academic staff
- support the integration of new curricular requirements into Faculty and University core business
- effectively engage with stakeholders and manage relationships at Faculty and University levels
- deliver a high-standard secretariat support provision for relevant committees
- manage and support provision of information for mandatory accreditation reporting relating to the DVM program.

About you

- relevant tertiary qualification, or a combination of qualifications and substantial relevant experience
- a recognised project management qualification or equivalent experience
- demonstrated ability and experience in managing workflows, apply project management methodologies, and consistently meet deadlines
- strong coordination skills in supporting administrative processes related to all aspects of the the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) curriculum
- experience working within the higher education sector, ideally with exposure to curriculum and professional clinical education environments.
