Your day to day
The moment a guest steps into our hotel, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring our high standards of service are consistently met. You will lead a talented team, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that arise.
The successful candidate must have:
At least 1 year Duty Manager experience is essential.
Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a strong ability to drive team performance and training.
Proven complaints handling skills.
High level of planning and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure whilst prioritising and managing time to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels in an organisation.
Resilient, with the ability to achieve and excel under pressure.
Impeccable level of personal presentation.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
You are able to work shift work which involves various shifts including Mornings, Evenings, Weekends and Public Holidays.
Knowledge of Opera PMS and Excel
RSA and First Aid qualifications or be willing to obtain.
Must live in Australian and have full work rights, no sponsorship available
