The Role

• Supervise daily trade activities on-site
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade schedules
• Monitor safety, quality, and site housekeeping
• Ensure materials are on-site as scheduled
• Support Site Manager with crew allocation/reporting
• Mentor apprentices/ labourers

The Criteria

• Trades qualification (Carpentry, Formwork, etc.)
• 2+ years in foreman or senior trades role on construction sites
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong OH&S and toolbox talk experience
• Reliable, hands-on leader with problem-solving ability
