Good Maintenance is a privately owned home services company operating across Brisbane and Melbourne. Our skilled technicians specialise in residential heating and cooling – including installations, maintenance, and breakdown support for split systems, gas ducted heaters, and evaporative coolers.

We’re currently looking for a qualified and experienced Heating & Cooling Mechanical Plumber to join our team in Melbourne. This is a full-time role working across residential homes, with support from a national operations team and a strong pipeline of work year-round.

About the Role
Reporting to the Heating & Cooling Service Manager, your role will include:

• Servicing and breakdown repairs of split systems, gas ducted heaters, and evaporative cooling systems
• New installations of reverse cycle split systems and gas ducted heaters
• Fault diagnosis, component replacement, and commissioning
• Preventative maintenance work across various brands and systems
• Delivering professional, high-quality service in a customer-facing role
• Accurate job documentation and communication with office team

What You’ll Need
• Current Australian Driver's License
• VBA Registration
• Minimum Cert II in Refrigeration (ARCtick Licence)
• Strong experience in residential HVAC (essential)
• Confidence working independently and managing your own schedule
• Well presented with strong communication skills
• Your own hand tools
