We’re on the hunt for an experienced Mechanical Plumber to join our growing team delivering residential projects across Melbourne. You’ll be responsible for installing and commissioning premium ducted, split, and VRF systems — all to spec, on time, and with meticulous attention to detail.

The Role

● Installing high-end ducted, split, VRF, and other HVAC systems to top-tier standards

● Commissioning systems and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and internal specifications

● Keeping a tidy, safe worksite and representing the business professionally on-site

● Logging job progress via our digital job management system (AroFlo or similar)

● Submitting daily logs, commissioning data, photos, and completion checklists

● Communicating with builders, site supervisors, and other trades in a respectful, solutions-focused way

● Proactively managing your time to meet installation deadlines without compromising quality

Who we are looking for

● Cert 3 or greater In Mechanical Plumbing

● 3–5+ years’ experience in high-end residential or commercial HVAC installation

● Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

● Confidence reading and working from technical plans and specs

● Clear, courteous communication skills (written and verbal)

● Experience with job management systems like AroFlo, SimPRO or similar

● Self-motivated, reliable, and solution-focused — especially under pressure

● A respectful, team-oriented attitude and a strong sense of accountability
