0Carbon is seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Air Conditioning Installer to join our growing team based in Vermont. We are an established and expanding provider of end-to-end HVAC and energy efficiency solutions for Melbourne homes and businesses, operating across government-backed rebate programs including the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) scheme.

As a fully accredited provider under VEU and Solar Victoria, 0Carbon is committed to delivering sustainable, high-quality outcomes. If you're a licensed Refrigeration Mechanic or Mechanical Plumber with strong installation experience and looking to step into a leadership-focused role, we want to hear from you.

About the Role
In this role, you will:

Install, test and commission split and ducted air conditioning systems

Service and maintain residential and commercial HVAC units

Diagnose and resolve faults and technical issues on-site

Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams to deliver jobs smoothly

Mentor and support junior installers and apprentices

Ensure all job records, notes, and documentation are accurately maintained

What We’re Looking For
To be successful, you will have:

A trade qualification in Refrigeration or Mechanical Plumbing

VBA Refrigerated Air Conditioning licence (restricted to intermediate systems)

Current RAC01 accreditation

At least 3 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience

Strong technical knowledge of installation and servicing

A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

A full, current Australian driver’s licence
