Part-Time Accounts Receivable Officer

HL Landscapes is a national leader in civil landscaping construction, with offices in Brisbane (HQ), Sydney, and Melbourne. We’re seeking an experienced and detail-driven Accounts Receivable Officer to join our friendly team on a part-time basis (15–20 hours per week). Flexible hours make this an ideal role for someone seeking balance while contributing to a high-performing business.

💼 Your Role

Prepare and lodge monthly progress claims

Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers

Manage and update retention registers

Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve client queries

Ensure accuracy in Xero and associated records

Assist with general financial admin tasks

✅ What You’ll Bring

2+ years in an AR or finance admin role (construction experience a plus)

Solid experience with Xero and Excel

Understanding of retentions, claims, and contract invoicing a plus

High attention to detail and strong communication skills

Able to manage your time independently and meet deadlines
