The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Client Advisor to join our elegant boutique in Melbourne's CBD. This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the world’s most iconic luxury timepiece brands, working within a close-knit and dynamic team of five.

We are looking for someone with proven luxury retail and watch industry experience, who has a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and storytelling, with the ability to translate this passion into exceptional client experiences. You’ll receive comprehensive training on our brand and products, allowing you to build lasting relationships with clients through expert guidance, personalized service, and industry knowledge.

About You:

• Proven experience in a Client Advisor or similar role within a luxury, premium watch brand environment.
• A strong understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and clienteling, with a proven ability to foster and maintain client relationships.
• Experience and confidence in working with high-end clientele.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Impeccable presentation and a commitment to delivering a world-class customer experience.
• A sales-driven mindset with a continuous desire to learn, grow, and exceed targets.
• A genuine passion for luxury accessories, timepieces, and a strong willingness to deepen your knowledge of the brand and its collections.

The Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of $65,000 + Super + Commissions
• Attractive commission structure based on both individual and team performance.
