The Position

• Step in to cover portfolio's when staff are on leave, off sick or need some back up during busy periods.
• If no-one is on leave, you can assist with viewings, overflow inspections and PCR updates
• Reporting to a highly experienced General Manager who will support your growth and success
• Leasing support and a strong team assisting with tenant enquiries and VA's assisting with admin.
• No BDM or Trust accounting

The Criteria

• Previous experience in property management with your own portfolio.
• Current PM Registration and driving license
• Be a real team player - happy to help out where needed
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and care factor
• A desire to learn and develop your career
