About the Role

As part of our processing team, you'll be hands-on in preparing high-quality seafood for dispatch. This role is physical and requires attention to detail, a good work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Scaling, gutting and filleting fresh fish

Packaging products accurately for customer orders

Handling customer & internal phone enquiries and taking small orders

Assisting with stock control and unloading deliveries

Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Working in chilled and freezer environments

What We’re Looking For

Fluent English and strong communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work both day shift (7am–3pm) and afternoon shift (3pm–11pm) on a rotating roster, (Permanent Afternoon shift may become available for the right candidate)

Availability for regular overtime

Own Reliable transport

Desirable (But Not Essential)

Experience in seafood or food processing

Knife/filleting skills

MR licence would be an advantage but not required
