At Connect.Ed, we’re passionate about early intervention and professional development that makes a real difference. We're seeking a Client Relationships Coordinator to be the welcoming face and organised force behind our client and partner communications.

Connect.Ed is a small but mighty team delivering trauma-informed early intervention and professional development services across Australia. We work closely with children, caregivers, early childhood educators, and schools to provide support that is regulatory, relational, and deeply impactful.
About the Role
As the Client Relationships Coordinator, you'll play a key role in making sure children get the support they need and that professional development sessions are well-organised and well-attended. This part-time position (20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow) is ideal for someone who thrives on connection, communication, and coordination.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to enquiries from families, educators, and service providers
Supporting intake and service coordination for early intervention referrals
Scheduling and coordinating professional development sessions for early childhood settings, schools, and community organisations
Following up on leads and assisting in developing new opportunities
Contributing to marketing initiatives, including social media, newsletters, and email outreach
Collaborating with the Director and team to ensure a smooth experience for all clients and partners

Are You the Right Fit?
We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, professional, and great with people
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
Confident managing enquiries and coordinating bookings
Familiar with early childhood education, NDIS, or the allied health sector (bonus!)
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Motivated to learn about trauma-informed practice and relational approaches
Tech-savvy and happy to contribute to marketing and communications
